Control- and working-air compressors - screw-type
Screw-type compressors – unlike oscillating reciprocating compressors – compress air
in rotating screws, operating without valves. Consequently considerably less maintenance is necessary. In addition to the rotating screws the machines are more compact, noise is low, and there is only slight vibration.
